Common Questions

How do I connect my Google Search Console account?

Navigate to your account's Search Console page and click 'Connect Google Account'. You'll be redirected to Google to authorize read-only access to your Search Console data.

How often is my data synced?

IndexMedic automatically syncs your Search Console data daily. You can also trigger a manual sync from your property dashboard at any time.

How does anomaly detection work?

We use statistical analysis (z-scores) to compare your current metrics against historical patterns. When we detect significant deviations in clicks, impressions, CTR, or position, we create an alert so you can investigate.

Can I invite team members to my account?

Yes! Go to your account's Team page to invite colleagues via email. You can assign roles (owner, admin, or member) to control what each person can do.

How do I export my data?

You can export your analytics data as CSV from the Reports section, or set up a Google Sheets feed URL for automatic syncing with your spreadsheets.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use OAuth 2.0 for Google authentication (we never see your password), encrypt all data in transit and at rest, and only request the minimum permissions needed to provide our service.
